Skill and Requirements:

-Teaching English Language Skills: You will be responsible for teaching and improving the students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English to meet the specific requirements of the IELTS test.
-Developing Lesson Plans: Create customized lesson plans and study materials that cater to the individual needs of each student, focusing on areas they need to improve the most.
-Exam Strategies: Train students in effective test-taking strategies and time management techniques to maximize their performance in the IELTS test.
-Mock Tests and Evaluation: Administer mock IELTS tests to assess students’ progress and provide feedback on their performance, identifying areas that require further improvement.
-Grammar and Vocabulary Instruction: Help students strengthen their grammar and vocabulary knowledge, ensuring they can communicate effectively and confidently in both written and spoken English.
-Listening and Speaking Practice: Organize activities and exercises to enhance students’ listening and speaking skills, simulating real-life situations they may encounter in the IELTS test.
-Reading and Writing Practice: Assign reading tasks and writing assignments to improve students’ reading comprehension and written expression in English.
-Monitoring Progress: Keep track of each student’s progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure they are continuously making strides in their language proficiency.
-Motivation and Support: Encourage and support students throughout their learning journey, providing positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to boost their confidence.
-Staying Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest IELTS test formats, changes, and official resources to provide accurate and relevant information to your students.
-Communication with Students: Maintain open and clear communication with students, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
-Classroom Management: Ensure a positive and conducive learning environment in the classroom or online sessions.

Education Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree from any discipline from Medium of English.
-Teaching certificate (CELTA/ TESOL/ TEFL) is advantage.
-Previous experience in teaching large groups and IELTS preferred.
-Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
