These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the website www.novasask.com, including this blog, and to the coaching, consultancy and travel services of Novasask Education and Immigration, 217, Mahek Icon, Nr. Sumul's Master Chef, Sumul Dairy Road, Surat-395003, Gujarat, India ("Novasask", "we", "us", "our"). By using the website or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Information on this website

Our blog and web pages give general information about studying abroad, student and visitor visas, English tests, immigration and travel. Rules, fees and requirements change often and depend on each person's situation. The content is for general guidance only and is not legal or immigration advice. Before making a decision, always check the latest information on the official website of the embassy, immigration authority, university or test provider, or speak to our counsellors about your case.

2. Our services

  • Our counselling, admission, visa, coaching and travel services are provided on the details, fees and timelines agreed with you in writing (registration form, invoice, quotation or service agreement). If that agreement differs from these Terms, the agreement applies.
  • You agree to give us complete, true and genuine information and documents. We are not responsible for refusals, delays or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, misleading or false information or documents.
  • Government fees, embassy and visa fees, biometrics, medical examinations, test fees, university application and tuition fees, and similar third-party charges are not included in our service fee unless stated in writing.

3. No guarantee of admission or visa

Admission decisions are made by universities and colleges. Visa and immigration decisions are made solely by the embassy, high commission or immigration authority of the country concerned. We do not and cannot guarantee admission, a visa, a scholarship, or any processing time. Our role is to guide you and help you prepare the best possible application.

4. Coaching and mock tests

  • Mock test scores given by Novasask are our trainers' assessment for practice. They are not official IELTS, PTE or other test scores and do not guarantee any score in the real test.
  • Mock test results on our website can be viewed only with your registration number and registered mobile number or email. Keep these details private.
  • IELTS is jointly owned by the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge University Press & Assessment. PTE is a product of Pearson. TOEFL is a product of ETS. Novasask is an independent training centre and uses these names only to describe the tests we prepare students for.
  • Class timings, batches and trainers may change for operational reasons. We will tell you in advance where possible.
  • Students are expected to attend regularly and follow the centre's code of conduct. Course material is for your personal use only and may not be shared or sold.

5. Tours and travel bookings

  • Tour packages, flights, hotels, transfers and travel insurance are provided by airlines, hotels and other suppliers, and are subject to their own terms, cancellation rules and charges. Prices are confirmed only at the time of booking.
  • You are responsible for holding a valid passport, the correct visa and any health or travel documents required for your trip. Visitor visa decisions rest with the authorities and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for changes, delays or cancellations caused by suppliers, weather, government action or other events outside our control, but we will help you seek any refund or alternative the supplier offers.

6. Fees and refunds

Fees are payable as stated on your registration form, quotation or invoice. Refunds, if any, are handled under your written agreement and our Refund Policy.

7. Comments, inquiries and newsletter

  • When you post a comment or send an inquiry, you confirm that the information is true and that your comment is lawful and respectful. We may refuse, edit or remove comments that are spam, promotional, offensive, misleading or that share other people's personal data. Comments are the views of their authors, not of Novasask.
  • We may ask you to confirm your email address or mobile number with a one-time code (OTP) before accepting a comment or inquiry.
  • If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send you visa updates, IELTS tips and study abroad and tourism news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website. In particular, you must not try to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, upload harmful code, send spam through our forms, copy content automatically (scraping), or use the website for anything unlawful.

9. Intellectual property

The articles, images, logos, the NovasasK™ name and course material on this website belong to Novasask or to their respective owners. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission.

The website contains links to other websites and advertisements served by Google. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, services or privacy practices of third-party websites or advertisers.

11. Limitation of liability

We take care to keep information accurate, but we do not promise that the website is always complete, current, free of errors or available. To the extent permitted by law, Novasask is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or its content. Our total liability for any service is limited to the service fee you paid us for that service.

12. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
